What payment options do you offer?

We’ve got you covered!  You can pay via Paypal, American Express, Discover, Mastercard or VISA.

I’ve got a coupon code! How do I use it?

YAY! Lucky you.  All you need to do is enter your coupon code at the checkout in the box provided.  Update your cart to make sure the coupon has taken effect. Coupon codes come with certain limitations and usage conditions so please contact us if you have any troubles.

I’m unhappy with my products or they have been damaged in transit. Can I return them?

We’re sorry to hear this and of course we can assist!  In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect colour choice, so please choose your colours carefully.  We’re happy to help with selection, so if you need any information please contact us before placing your order.

I’m ready to checkout but do you ship to my country?

We currently offer delivery to USA and Canada.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We know you will be waiting outside for the postman but please allow 5-7 days to receive your delivery.   We don’t currently ship to PO Boxes so please make sure to use a street address only.

How much is shipping?

If your order is over $30, shipping is FREE.  Quick! Stock up that cart, babe.

Orders under $30 have a flat rate shipping fee of $5.

How will my order ship, do you have multiple options?

We ship using regular registered parcel services.  We have found this to be the most reliable way of shipping and we’d hate to take any risks with your new products.
